Techy Joe’s Computer Solutions, LLC has been providing assistive technology equipment and services to users of accessibility since 1999. With a staff of highly trained and experienced professionals, we are committed to providing and integrating assistive technology for the purpose of improving the quality of life for each individual we serve.
For over 23 years, we have been partnering with many different types of organizations including federal and state agencies, non-profit groups, corporations, academic institutions, medical providers such as low vision/retina specialists and occupational therapists, and centers for independence, among others. We also work directly with business professionals or other individuals in the community.
The professional backgrounds of our staff include fields such as Occupational Therapy, Social Work, Counseling, Information Technology, Teaching and/or Special Education, etc. Our staff have extensive real world experience solving problems, offering solutions and providing training to literally thousands of users of accessibility in a professional, friendly, and caring manner.
We integrate and provide training on products such as: JAWS, Dolphin Guide, ZoomText, Kurzweil, OpenBook, Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office, Apple computers, iPads, iPhones, digital talking book devices, CCTV's, Braille displays, Braille note takers and much, much more.
We also provide accessibility training for JAWS and NVDA users who are accessing Google Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Calendar, Gmail, Contacts, and Forms. In addition, we specialize in assessing and improving ergonomics.
